I have now made some changes in my technique.
It seems that I previously put the webcam too close to eyepiece and that's why images were a bit small.
These pictures are now taken so that webcam was about an inch away from the eyepiece.

Another thing which helped improving the quality of these images was the change of image processing software.
Instead of K3CCDTools I now used a program called Registax.
I knew that many used this program with excellent results but when I first tested this program I wasn't very keen on it because compared to K3CCDTools it was very slow and results weren't so superior.
But now when I got used to programs capabilities it turned out to be the best solution (so far).

Images are the result of 100 best frames (out of 300) which were stacked, registered and optimized in Registax. Further processed (noise removal, unsharp mask) made in Photoshop.

The shadow in these images is Callisto's. Even GRS can be seen in these images (although now it should be named GPS = Great PaleSpot;)
