NGC 772 is a spiral galaxy in constellation Aries. It is mag 10.5 and its distance is about 100 mly.
The smaller galaxy at the
bottom center is the elliptical galaxy NGC 770. It lies at about
the same distance as NGC 772 and is presumed to be a member of
the same group if not a satellite of NGC772
